• Where can I get a Personal Professional Development Form (PPDF)?

  Your school Contact Rep. has the forms. If they don’t, contact the office and we’ll send one out to you. 661-1823. Or visit the RETTA Library for a .pdf version.

• When does the PPDF committee meet?

  The committee meets every 2nd & 4th Monday of the month.

• When are PPDF requests due?

  Requests are due in to the RETTA office at least one week prior to the PPDF meeting dates.

• How does my benefit coverage work during a leave of absence?

  Visit the “Divisional Forms” section of our RETTA Library to download all the information you need in .pdf format. (Benefit Coverage During LOA Form )

• When can I resign from my teaching position?

  Any teacher intending to resign December 31st must notify the School Division in writing on or before November 30th.Teachers working under the former Form 2 contract (prior to 2005) wanting to resign June 30th must notify the School Division in writing on or before May 31st.Teachers working under a Teacher -General contract (2005 to present) wanting to resign June 30th must notify the School Division in writing on or before April 30th.

• When and where does Council meet?

  Council meets the third Tuesday of the month. 4:30pm. at Kildonan East Collegiate. All teachers are welcome to attend.
